Bound by Heritage is the trading name of Tiarnan O'Neill, a sole trader based in Northern Ireland. All products are made to order using a print-on-demand fulfilment partner.


1. Processing & Production Times

All Bound by Heritage apparel is made to order to ensure the highest print quality for our detailed heritage designs.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)

  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been printed and dispatched


2. Where We Are Based & How Orders Ship

Bound by Heritage operates from Northern Ireland (UK).

All products are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Depending on stock and destination, orders may be fulfilled from:

  • A UK fulfilment centre, or

  • A European Union fulfilment centre (and occasionally other locations used by our partner)

We aim to use the fulfilment location that provides the most reliable and efficient delivery for your order.

  • United Kingdom

    • England

    • Scotland

    • Wales

    • Northern Ireland

  • Republic of Ireland


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK & Ireland)

Standard Shipping (UK & Republic of Ireland): £4.99 on orders under £50
Free Shipping (UK & Republic of Ireland): Orders £50+

  • Estimated delivery (UK): 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Estimated delivery (Republic of Ireland): 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods (for example holidays, sales, or adverse weather).


4. Customs, Duties & VAT

Because our fulfilment partner may ship your order from different countries, the following may apply:

UK customers

  • Most orders for UK addresses are fulfilled in a way that avoids unexpected customs charges.

  • In some cases, an order may be shipped from outside the UK. If any local taxes, duties or handling fees are applied by the courier or customs, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Republic of Ireland customers

  • Many orders to the Republic of Ireland are fulfilled from EU fulfilment centres, in which case no customs duties should normally be due on delivery.

  • If your order is shipped from outside the EU, local taxes, duties or handling fees may be applied by the courier or authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not control courier routing or customs decisions and cannot guarantee that additional charges will never apply.


5. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

  • You can use the tracking link to follow your parcel’s progress within the UK and the Republic of Ireland.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address (including postcode or Eircode) is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped once the customer covers the reshipping fee.

  • Bound by Heritage is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at support@boundbyheritage.com. If your order has already gone into production or been dispatched, changes may not be possible.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe

  • Shows as delivered but you have not received it, or appears lost

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

  • Any relevant shipping/tracking information

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution where applicable.


8. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Because our items are made to order, returns may be limited and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We generally accept returns for:

  • Faulty or defective items

  • Wrong item received

  • Significant print issues

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to raise any issues so we can help.
